Pirate Camp

Pirate Camp Area
  • All buildings need to be placed inside the range of a Pirate Camp. Selecting one will display its exact range. To reach resources further away from your starting area, you will need to place new Pirate Camps and build them up.
Expansion
  • During pre-placement of a Pirate Camp, all Deposits in range are highlighted in green and listed on the side. Keep an eye on sufficient Fertile Area and available Pier Slots.
  • Also observe highlights indicating possible Attack Points during Pirate Camp placement, which your enemies might use to attack your island. Consider early Fortification planning.
Pirate Housing
  • On their own, Pirate Camps shelter a decent amount of pirates, allowing you to expand to a new island area without running into Housing issues for your island explorers. Keep an eye on your current Housing level by selecting a Pirate Camp.
  • In order to provide shelter for more pirates, more Housing buildings will be needed. Place additional Housing buildings inside the area of a Pirate Camp to increase the available shelter.
Pirate Camp Satisfaction
  • Each Pirate Camp has its own dedicated Satisfaction level. You will need to provide a variety of different resources and meet your pirates' Upkeep to keep them happy. Selecting a Pirate Camp will show you its current level of Satisfaction. If Upkeep is not satisfied, Satisfaction will start dropping. A warning is shown above the Pirate Camp if its Satisfaction is dropping. Once your pirates are satisfied, Satisfaction will start to rise again.
  • If Satisfaction reaches 0, an Escalation Event is triggered. You'll have the choice to tend to it right away and satisfy the Upkeep, spend coin to buy time, or set it aside and lose Cohesion.
